Dispatch Times
In-Stock Items
1 Business Day
Packed and dispatched within 1 business day. Same-day shipping in most cases!
Supplier Items
5–7 Business Days
Items ordered directly from our suppliers before being sent to you.
🔖 Special Order Item
This product is ordered from our supplier. Ships in 5–7 business days. You'll see this notice clearly on the product page for any supplier-ordered items.
📦 Mixed Orders
If your order contains both in-stock and supplier items, your entire order will be shipped together once all items are available — saving you on shipping costs. If you'd prefer your in-stock items immediately, contact us to arrange a split shipment. Additional charges may apply.
Shipping Coverage
Standard shipping insurance is not included with our deliveries. If you would like additional coverage for high-value orders, please contact us before placing your order and we can provide a quote.
Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, occasionally delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather events or courier delays.
If you experience a delivery issue:
- Contact us via email or social media within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email
- We'll immediately launch an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf
- We'll keep you updated throughout the entire process

Please double-check your delivery address and order details before completing checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they've been dispatched.
