At Snitty's Collection Cove, we're passionate about delivering quality Pokémon cards to collectors and players alike. We want you to be thrilled with every purchase! Please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

All return or refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. This gives you time to inspect your cards while protecting our business from extended liability.

What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns for:

  • Defective items (misprints, damage from manufacturer)
  • Damaged items (cards damaged during shipping)
  • Incorrect items (wrong card or product sent)
⚠️ Please Note Minor packaging imperfections (small corner dents, light scratches on booster pack wrappers, or shelf wear on boxes) that don't affect the sealed product inside are considered normal and are not eligible for return.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. We encourage you to review product details carefully before ordering. If you need assistance or have questions, our team is happy to help.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened booster packs, boxes, or sets
  • Graded cards (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Sale or clearance items marked "Final Sale"
  • Custom or special order items

How to Initiate a Return

Provide Details Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item(s) and original packaging for damage or defect claims.

We Review Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

Get Your Label If approved, we'll provide a prepaid Australia Post shipping label.

Ship It Back Pack and ship the item(s) securely using the provided label.

Refunds & Exchanges

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

  • All refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Credit cards may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal returns to your PayPal balance or original card, depending on payment method
  • All refunds are issued in AUD — we're not liable for currency exchange rate fluctuations

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Don't open damaged packages if possible
  • Contact us immediately with photos
  • We'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a full refund right away

Missing Items

If you're missing items from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number. We'll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
